    Help with diet pleasee!!!

    Hey im 25 and weigh 90kg. Am hoping to get my wiehgt down to 82.5kg for my 1st kickboxing fight. My diet is not great but i workout 5 sometime 6days a week. 2 nights kickboxing run gym 3days a week and also play football about 3days a weeks! so sometime working out twice a day. any suggestions??

    im not one ot offer advice on this stuff being a fatty but what does your diet consit of ?

    if you put up some details regarding that im sure some of the lads here can offer some hints and tips

    my main problem is i snack on crap like toast and biscuits, i really crave it when i havent got it. my main meals are good, i eat loads of fruit and veg too. Any ideas on the cravings?

    Get some Chromium or Alpha lipoic acid both help to stabilise blood sugar levels and stop cravings, i sell both of these, there both relativly cheap the chromium is aobut £6 for 90 (1 or 2 a day) alpha lipoic acid is about £10, ive used both and find chromium to be better

    take your bodyweight in lbs times it by 15 and that will give you a pretty good idea of your daily cal needs if you want to loose weight slowly over a period of weeks start cutting cals but depending on how active you are you may not need to.
