loosing a kilo overnight
Hey
Whats the best way to loose 1/2 kilo - a kilo over night? I havent time for sauna suit etc. I know for alot of people this is easy and could loose it on the toilet, but would say not drinking or eating anything after 6pm the day before help? think ill be weighing in about 10am the next day.

All you can really do is shed water weight.
This added with laxatives may do the trick. Apart from the sauna or doing a shed load of cardio to increase your body temp (thus making you sweat to try and cool you down), theres nothing much else you can do.
Not eating anything say 12-24 hours before your weigh in wont do much at all when you dont do anything to sweat.
Quite dangerous to do really.
Theres one thing you could get out of this experience and thats to make weight the day half/day before!

yeh im the right weight at the minute, but i just want to make sure im that weight or slightly under to be on the safe side.

You will wake up lighter in the morning than the evening/daytime anyway pal so you should be fine.

Cool.
Make sure you stay away from sodium and carbs as they both retain water (under skin and in fat layer).
Have you a fight on the weekend? If yes, what kind?
