    hgh releasers

    Are these things any good? Do they work?
    Anybody using them or got any advice?

    Are there any that are legal that actually do any good, thought there was a lot of bollocks around them being talked and not a lot of results.

    If you're going to go with HGH itself then yes, the benefits are well documented but you'll fail a drug test.

    Marc or Si will be able to help you out on this though mate.

    If youre talking about a third party OTC (over the counter) med, then from what Ive read on various BB forums, theyre BS.

    However, if youre talking natural releasers, then they do work. Squats, deadlift and bench.

    I mean, hgh costs bucks, talking nearly a four figure sum for a cycle i.e. typically 6 months at 6IU ed but if you were to use it, youd either be a bit wealthy and in mid life (i.e say early to late fourties plus) to use so you can look younger and the like or a full pledged bodybuilder to simply get bigger (but then youd be using AAS at the same time).

    Best thing for natural release is sleep, be in bed for 10. Your body release gh from 10pm to 2am.If your not asleep in that time you've lost that window. That is set @ birth & that time counts for your native country, not if you've emigrated. Glutamine will help before bed, anything that promotes a natural sleep

    Also high lactic acid producing weight protocols, such as german volume training. More for bodybuilding really but will help lactic tolerance which is obviously important for fighters. The more lactic acid that is produced during the session, the more growth hormone the body will produce to buffer that. But obviously if your not sleeping it wont help a great deal, just make you sore

    Meat, Sleep, Lifting weights, and GABA :thumb

    A lot of info on the net about gaba mainly used for Sleep purposes - its great if you have trouble sleeping, its also a very good natural Growth hormone enhancer

    Glutamine is a precursor to GABA, ironically it works better than actual GABBA itself. Think it must lose something in digestion.

    GABA is cool knocks you into a deep sleep and you wake up covered in sweat (or so I have heard), (usually a good sign your test levels have risen during the night)...the best thing for recovery sleep - strange that isn't it!....plus GABA is very cheap.

    For muscle soreness maybe, but for sleep/relaxation etc Gaba is far better
