Following abit of a messy break up with my ex ive decided im going to jump two-footed into MMA so ive started regualating what i eat and i think ive got my diet pretty sorted (3meals 2 snacks) but supplements...
when i even think about it my head hurts at the min, but could i get some recommendations for what i should take. Ive seen that some people take vitamin c, multivitamins, some sort of oils (cod liver?), and im wanting to get a fat burner but never used them before, and the protien i use (dont laugh) is the body fortress one from holland and barratt.
Could someone point me in the right direction. Im a student btw so value for money please.![]()
