    Vegetables: Frozen vs Fresh

    Now, i,m not talking taste, i,m talking about nutritional content and how the vitamins and minerals are absorbed and utilised by the human body. What's the difference?

    If they're frozen straight away then frozen are pretty much as good as fresh.

    Frozen as good as fresh. Frozen is more convenient for me.

    but it does all depend on how quickly their frozen. no way to know for sure how soon they are. i normally prepare em by boilin the kettle and pourin in a pan with the veg, leave for five mins an ready to eat.
