    protein powders

I'm back again with another question, I'm in the hunt for a new protein powder as I'm due to run out. I've been looking at [Biorhythm] After Glow, [Biorhythm] Whole Gains, [USN] Muscle Fuel Anabolic, usn muscle fuel sts or muscle fuel dynamic, just wondering whether anyone has tried any of these and what oppinions there are.

    Cheers

    I use
Impact Whey protien from Whey Protein | Sports Nutrition | Supplements | Bodybuilding Supplements | Protein Supplements - Myprotein I switched to this mainly because it's the lowest price Whey Protien i could find, a great deal and I get the same results I did on previous supplements. They also do Creatine and other supps at great prices.

Ive used anabolic, great tast but shit value imo

150g is one serving with 50g of protein, (roughly)

that works out at only 33% protein...

Try PhD Synergy Iso7, very good all-in-one supplement, and includes good carbs, creatine and BCAAs.

I've started using PhD Synergy Iso7 two days ago.

And I can honestly say I'm addicted. :wtf

I've heard people say its good tasting - but damn, I'm wanting at least 2 or 3 a day!

The myprotein stuff i had, tasted like cow shit.
I gave it away, there was no way I could take that, although it wasn't as bad as their creatine.
I couldnt mix the creatine with anything to mask the taste. Even in Coffee, all i could taste was the creatine.

Yeah, their creatine is plain wrong. With their protein it really depends which one you buy from them.

I assume you mean the CEE creatine ethyl esther.

Tasts like old sweaty gym socks, I use their creapure, its tasteless.

I bought into the CEE hype as well.
