It's dirty, like eating puss balls, but over time you can start to enjoy it when you get over the hesitation - a bit like raw celery haha!

There are loads of diff types of cottage cheese, I pretty much always get low/zero fat ones ofc, but you need to check between brands, some of them lace it up with sugar and salt for flavour- but you really don't want that ofc. This could also explain water bloat etc.

Sodium content was fine when I checked (good 3 years ago).

hah, its not that bad TJ, I actually like the one with Pineapple. That with some slices of smoked salmon, lots of pepper and lemon juice, sorted.

Usually a protein shake... Been getting one from a mate but he's away so had to get one from a shop lol. USN IGF-1 - mixes pretty thick so keeps me full, just had one as I've been grappling and ate earlier so not hugely hungry. Just needed something to keep going.

If I'm hungry, I'll go for either weetabix with milk and a scoop of protein or porridge made with water and a scoop of protein. Thankfully I'm not having to cut weight or anything at the moment but had a cheat weekend.....oops.

I get quite surprised when I tried added banana to Special K. It really makes me feel satisfied, as well as he banana sorting out all the cramps I get all the time - and (surprise, surprise) it takes yummy too! Specially the red fruits one, mixed texture in teh mouff. mmmmmmm!
I started eating Special K a couple of months ago and haven't stopped since. (which is rather odd, normally these diety food tastes like nuffin)

Oh and milk. I dont drink enough milk so um yeah, only good stuff me thinks.

if its the potassium in the banana that sorts out the cramps then that suggests you need more electrolytes in your diet....especially before during an after training, otherwise your gonna suffer - either that or add more salt (just a bit) to your diet an a daily banana that will cover most of it or just get a cheap drink like nutri sport energy boost that will last ages for about £13.00

Yeah cottage cheese is an aquired taste - bedfore bed - chees dreams anyone, Ha ha - it is the classic food as you say :thumb.

I used to hammer back the spring onion one and tuna - now I've ate so much of the stuff I have not had any in about 6 months as sick of the site of it .
