assuming you do not buy a cheap MRP they are all very similar - also depends on what you are after - i.e are you bothered about the vitamins and minerals that most have in em?, if not just get a good protein and carb drink and use that as a much cheaper alternative - even if you have a multi vit onto of this you will save alot of money - CNP Pro Mass would be my ccoice - re calories just add water or milk accordingly (2 scoops in water is roughly the same calories as the MRP's).

    CNP Pro Mass 4 5kg

You need to diet a heck of a lot longer to than 2-3 weeks to notice actual tissue loss.

First week or two of dieting (presuming cutting out processed foods, lowered carb intake, reduced cals) will pretty much be water loss.

As for a meal replacement, Id go for myprotein because for me, I enjoyed the tasted, have quality ingredients and is cost effective compared to branded mrps.

Oh i would diet alot longer than 2 weeks, ive got 7 stone to loose.

Thing with my diet is ive dieted hard for about 3 weeks now and first week i lost quite a bit since then ive gained 4 pld. Very strange!

Plus the biggest thing is boredom and not knowing what to eat? ie once ive had chicken with rice or on its own, fish same as before i dont know what to have? And get proper pissed off.
