    Diet help

    Good diet for lean muscle growth?

    Healthy filling breakfast?

    I only get 30 mins for lunch at work so i want something quick and simple but will be good for me.

    Also could someone give me some lunch ideas and dinner ideas?? ideally a nice meal/or light bite to eat before a workout.

    Supper time too if your feeling generous (note: i have cassien protein shake before bed time too)

    Have 3 whey shakes a day and one cassien protein at night.

    There are threads on this with some solid sample diets. I just can't seem to find them. :laugh:

    haha thanks mate.. just need something to work off and fine tune to my taste..

    dont want a bulking diet as ive jst worked my arse off since xmas to lose a stone, so now im wanting toned muscle and some muscle growth.. ideally to get ripped

    Im basically having lots of fruit instead of bread and all that heavy stuff, and salads galore for lunch but its getting boring.

    Yeah, there's definitely a load of threads around RE high protein diets.

    Do a search in the Diet/Nutrition board, you'll find loads of info mate!

    for breakfast, IMO, beans on toast is KING

    it has a pretty good nutritional value, fibre, one of your five a day, high in protein for what it is, and most importantly to me it fills you up so your not snacking within the hour like with cereals

    Heinz beans are a revelation IMO, a true super food !
