Good diet for lean muscle growth?
Healthy filling breakfast?
I only get 30 mins for lunch at work so i want something quick and simple but will be good for me.
Also could someone give me some lunch ideas and dinner ideas?? ideally a nice meal/or light bite to eat before a workout.
Supper time too if your feeling generous (note: i have cassien protein shake before bed time too)
Have 3 whey shakes a day and one cassien protein at night.
