Which protein shake for me?GNC location
Hi
Ok for the last month ive been training and using maximuscle promax diet as im aiming to get rid of some fat whilst maintaining if not building muscle. Im unsure if this is the right suppliment for me? i have cut fat but was hoping to build muscle too which i havent, also im not using it as a meal replacement as i think its to hard to do whilst training. Any ideas?
Also i joined GNC membership to get discount on products but nowhere on there site does it say where there stores are? im on leave at the moment and dont fancy a 2 hour drive just to re-stock on suppliments. Should add i live in Oxfordshire.

If you're aiming to lose fat you need a high protien content with low carbs, for this purpose I use:

you should be aware that attempting to lose fat and build muscle at the same time is not ideal. You'll not see the large gains in lean mass you're looking for until you've cut out all the fat you're looking to lose and tailored your diet towards lean mass gains. Earlier today I posted a link to a good book on the forum that might help you.
