Syntha 6 and NO Xplode?
Is this a good combo for building muscle but looseing weight?
-
syntha 6 whilst being probably the best tasting protein supp around, doesnt have a perfect nutritional profile, if weight loss is your goal id choose a different protein supp
its damn tasty though

For truth! reflex Instant Whey or PHD Pharma Whey would be a better choice and more cost effective too - No-xplode does nothing at all for weight loss, it is purely a pre workout drink - so if you main goal is weight loss a good Fat Burner and protein as listed above would be a better choice
-
Will the NO Xplode help with muscle building tho?
Pharma whey choc mint sounds NICE!!
-
Im on exactly this combination. NO Xplode is personally the best pre workout drink i've ever had and I would definitely recommend it.
Syntha 6 is an awesome protein and has a great protein content in my opinion, as well as essential aminos and glutamine. All essential after almost any heavy workout.
Guy above is right though, there is probably lower ones in sugar but im not sure they will have the same protein content or awesome taste.

It wont directly help with muscle building no, creatine and protein are much better for that - it will help give you more focus, energy, strength which will help you build more muscle, but supplements like Creatine monohydrate etc will help you get there quicker - oh FYI PHD pharma whey chock mint is sooooooooo tasty
-
What about creatine holding water etc? Ive heard mixed veiws on this while looseing fat!

If you do not want to bloat up (which will happen to some people) stay away from cheap monohydrate brands - personally I go for kre alkalyn everytime.
This helps keep latic acid away longer - so you can train harder for longer and helps you recover quicker as well...although Marc has a new creatine called con-cret which is getting really good feedback and on my list of things to try:-
Vyomax Kre-Alkalyn

P.S Marc's advice is spot on:thumb.
