Thread: Reccomend a weight gainer

Could somebody please reccomend me a good weight gainer. It HAS to taste good, price dosent really matter nothing too expensive though

What's ur daily calorie intake right now mate? How much weight are u looking 2 put on?

Not sure about the intake, and i want to put alot on, gonna be training for a long time, im looking to bulk and i go to the gym 5 times a week, im pretty sure my carb intake isnt high enough cause im not putting much on.

My personal favourite is the CNP Pro Mass (Strawberry) if you have 3 x 2 scoops a day in a pint of milk you will be getting roughly an extra 1500 calories a day - the 4.5kg tub will last for 6 weeks at this rate:
