    SUPPS ADVICE (for a change)

    Right I like being alive and think it would be shit to die, so I wake up at like 7.30am and train around 8.30am I dont eat breakfast before I go. Now I have my new supps im planning on taking Creatine Ethyl, No Xplode and ECA 30 1hr-30mins before i train so basically at the same time. Is this ok?

    I wouldn't take xplode and eca at the same time mate. CEE fine with either.

    Diamond labs eca30 for example has 210 mg of caffeine per tab, no explode I think has 100 mg per scoop, you 'll be off your tits:happy:

    By the way you defo need to eat first!

    I just have 2cups of oats with 2scoops of whey for brekky with a banana and some oj

    I lift 3 days a week in the am then train mma 4 times a week when fit in the pm.

    I have ran no explode and era alongside each other but I have an incredibly high tolerance to stims.

    I had 1 eca at 7, one at lunch then noxplode at 6 on training days.

    I did have a bad come down when the ecas ran out through, be warned!

    Took 5 days of no caffeine for the headaches to go

    Got to eat mate, get up earlier. Will proper fuck your gains up not eating before lifting.

    It took me ages to get used to a proper diet but now I feel shit if I don't stick to it

    Where do you train mate? I assume your lifting at that time in the morning?

    Seen the photos of that gaff, looks nice! I train at next gen.

    Try and eat mate! My protein do the powdered oats dead cheap, add to your shake, quick banana and your away!

    N.O Xplode only has trace amounts of caffiene per serving (very low imho) as I am sensitive to caffiene and I love n.o xplode - so know it's very low otherwise I would get the comedown, personally doubt it is anywhere near 100mg per serving - although that's only 1 cup of coffee.

    As suggested - I would get up earlier have some complex carbs and some protein - then take your n.o xplode after traing have a small protein feed (with simple sugars if you can i.e couple of jelly beans or 3 jaffa cakes) then take an eca and just eat high protein when you feel hungry (with decent fat levels for energy rather than rely on the ECA and n.o xplode for all the energy)...this will get you a good recomp assuming your busting your arse in the gym :thumb.
