Grapplers Guide to Nutrition
Theres a few posts on here about losing weight/fat or gaining muscle for competition.
If you are looking to get in competition shape i highly recommend getting your hands on the grapplers guide to nutrition. I'm on a feeding regime from the guide and it (unlike most other diets) doesnt suck. Dropped about 3 geniune pounds in three days with a combination of WFC punishment training.
