Daft question about fat burners... Do you stop taking them when you reach your desired weight? or do you just drop the dosage and let them carry on working in the background?

If you've reached your goals with them then they have done there job, or more improtantly you have done the job and they have assisted :) I would have a lay off them once you are happy with your shape/weight then if you feel the need to after several months you can give them another go
