Thank you for backing up my point. And yeah i like wwe and mma, leaning more towards mma these days, but it was the wwf that first exposed me to the ufc and mma back in 1997 when Ken Shamrock was in it. Anyone on here watch the wwf back in 98? Remember the brawl for all?

Lesnar is expected to make his return to the Octagon this coming summer.

According to Lesnar, the doctors have called his quick recovery from diverticulitis "a miracle", and certainly Lesnar's return will work miracles for the UFC, as Lesnar is probably the UFC's single most valuable asset.

Thanfully, no further surgery will be required. Surgery that could have included removal of a part of his colon could have effectively ended his fighting career. Now, it looks as though there are virtually no risks involved in a return to competition.

The announcement comes a bit late, as many were expecting Lesnar's health status to be announced a week ago.

Still, news of Lesnar's return will be welcome to everybody but the most devout Strikeforce or Anti-UFC supporter, as it is not only good to hear that Lesnar is healthy, but also that he will be back in the UFC.

Dana White announced that Lesnar will most likely be making his return to unify the UFC titles against the winner of the interim-title fight between Frank Mir and Shane Carwin.

The Mir vs Carwin fight will remain an interim title fight despite Lesnar's return.

If for any reason the winner of the Mir vs Carwin fight is unable to compete in the summer, Lesnar will instead defend his own title against the winner of the UFC 110 main event, Cain Velasquez vs Minotauro Nogueira.

Don't get me wrong, it was no miricle. I'm glad he ain't rushing back into the cage. With Frank Mir's new found strength i'd like to wait untill both are 100% before they fight again, I know Mir wants it.

he complained about canadian health care

"Towards the end of his press conference, Mr. Lesnar admitted that his comments were partly motivated by the ongoing political debate in the U.S. “The reason I'm saying that is because there's millions of people that don't want health care reform and I'm one of them,” he said. “I'm not a believer in socialism and I don't want that going on.”

what a tosser hope he looses!

I dont see the issue with hating on former Pro Wrestlers. That was the only avenue after their college careers to go down if they wanted to make big money.

Now MMA is making money, more and more College Wrestlers (Ben Askren to name one) have another place to earn money using the skills they already have without resorting to wearing spandex and power bombing women through tables.

I didn't actually know Dana didn't like Bobby Lashley, I have to admit i admire the guy for keeping his job in TNA while training full time at ATT. A great marketing idea too, he can go training, go and do his thing in Wrestling, all the time getting constant exposure in all areas (his face on TNA posters, his sponsorship with Cage Fighter, his fights in Strikeforce). The bigger his name gets, the bigger his paycheck gets. Smart man, Dana White has to respect that.
