The big UFC announcement today is that Lorenzo Fertitta is resigning from his post as the president of Station Casinos. He will now work full-time in expanding UFC.

Fertitta was the second highest paid executive in Las Vegas in 2007, earning $113.8 million.

MMAScoops.com has learned that Frank Fertitta III will now become the man in charge of Station Casinos as CEO and retain 45% ownership in UFC.

Lorenzo Fertitta will now work alongside Dana White as the co-heads of UFC.

yeh theres another thread on it somewhere, good news but hardly worth the hype

So would it be fair to say that the UFC is just as gansta as Pride was???
