So as I said Helios (can sport reduce fat), does that mean I recommend using it?
If someone asked, how do I lose weight and I replied, 'starve yourself', does that mean I am recommending it?
Telling someone what something can do is a different thing to recommending doing it.

His original post is asking for tips.
You replied with that.
I.e. your tip was to use that.

and what part of my message does it say I 'recommend' using it?
Specifically show me where I recommended using it. I named a product that can spot reduce adipose tissue.
Not to get into an argument but Ill now step away from this subject.

i ddnt think ephidren was illegal to sell??? and ive heard u cant spot reduce fat before which makes sense BUT what are all them personal trainers doing telling women they can loose fat on there thighs ect by doing specific exercises are they all chattn shit?
If your gonna be dumb, you gotta be tough

yeah, only lipo will spot reduce - your body grows and shrinks as a unit...millions of crunches may help your abs but with fat over em you'll never be a sexual tyranasaurus (sp).

Ephedrine is a prescription drug and is classed C. Only chemists can legally distribute and sell it.
Yes, those PT are talking crap. Many do tbh, its only the ones that have a relatively low standard of academic/industry education in that field or simply those who arent passionate about or bothered much about training.
The ones who do know their stuff and like what they do will never say this type of thing.

My mistake then. But if you see how it's just a one word answer basically, it can be misconstrued fairly easily imo.

I think it's illegal across the board now, not even by pharma or docs now. Frequently used however, are synthetic forms which pretty much do the same thing, in smaller doses. I have heard from a mate of mine that many hospitals will still do ephedrine though, so it's a bit of a grey area at the moment.
Basically -pseudo-ephedrine, which is name many different things, but essentially what you will find in nasal decongestants/flu tablets etc. The dosage in these will be really low, but actually you may still find it helps a lot (I can't recommend doing this though).
Pop into a fitness/bodybuilding shop am I'm pretty sure you can buy ephedrine/ephedra anyway. There are a few in leeds and they all do, but sometimes you might need to know them to be offered them, or at least don't be all dodgey about it. Few in London that I have been to, including a few gyms, that sell it openly, but when questioned, the answer will be "they are for display purposes only, not for sale" - not sure how well that'd go down with cops that check though!
