at trainin my mma coach gets us lying perfectly flat on the floor, the raising your head (as if headin a ball)

also moving your chin shoulder to shoulder, surprisingly awkward

I run around with a Goat lashed to my face!

But seriously... Get a good strength rope tie it to a Xkg dumbell id start off with a 5kg then work up.

in your mouth, head up and down., rotation. simple good clinch defense...

    hope that helps

Nothing wrong with a head harness mate - You know Lee Chadwick in your club???, check out his neck, he got a head harness from us and is currrently doing Yes/No's with about 40kg on it - Sass has problems Saaangling him from what I've heard re his chunk neck .

Or you can get people to pull on yer head (i.e thai clinch then trying to push you backwards by pushing on your forehead) or hold a towel on your head and pull is away from your head whilst keeping your neck in the same place - do this for x count in each direction :thumb get a ball - football/basketball etc and put it against a wall and push on it with your head again each direction - it all works although the headharness is probably the one that stops you looking like a tit tho (only just:laugh

Think Marc charges around £25 - for the maxi muscle one - they will last a life time - unlike your teeth if you move enough weight!!!!.....I keep meaning to get one, Lee is an example of how much better your game gets if you develop your neck - it's very hard to choke him and knockouts appear to be greatly reduced if you develop your neck (think Mike Tyson)...

I always seem to waste my doe on other stuff tho - oh, yeah upright row's help your traps/neck as well - just be careful easy to injure yourself wid em.

My neck seems to be bigger from doing power cleans and some deads. Lying on your back and doing head raises to the front, ie chin to chest is good as said above. You can lie on your sides and raise it side wise. Practicing clinch work for thai stand up is always good too.
