    Over a week off!

    Right so I've had over a week off from training after my first kickboxing fight. I'm looking to hit the gym today and go kickboxing tomorrow, all I've eaten is pure crap all week aswell!!

    What sort of workout would you guys do after over a week off from anything?!?! Thinking just a bit of rowing and cross trainer and some light weights!

    Just take it as normal, as long as you havent go no injuries, the only thing that will be lacking perhaps is the cardio, but a week wont do too much.

    I usually train cardio and weights on my own... Do kickboxing 3 times a week at two different clubs.

    Eating some vegatables for the first time in a week right now! Then time to start training for my next fight

    I celebrated well after my first win though I drank, eat dominoes, kfc, kebabs, chocolate, donoughts I mean the list is endless and I only put on 3lbs haha

    i took a week off after my last fight and i just went straight back into my normal training a week is not that long to have off so your cardio wont be affected

    when i take a week off my performance normaly improves tbh, joints ect hurt less
    If your gonna be dumb, you gotta be tough
