:good ...gotta agree. If I can't do a lift on my 24's I mimic the exercise on D/B's or break the exercise down into stages and work on it from their - buying decent one's an they having to upgrade is an expensive mistake 16kg are average man, 20kg's and you get decent strength and really good cardio 24's your doing well decent strength and sound cardio crossover anything heavier and your getting very strong :thumb

I wish I'd bought a 24 rather than my 20 these days.

yeah, I bought 16's an then gave em to marc as I had to do a million presses to get anything outta em - so jumped to 24's after that - as figured high volume work will take me a long time to work upto and get bored of before I need another upgrade - although I think if I stay around 11 stone cut then 24's are decent for a looooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time.

I got my 16kg from Belldynamics decent enough it does the trick, but they havent got any 16kgs on there anymore, BellDynamics KettleBells
Maybe find a PT or a friend who already has a kettlebell and ask for a go with it first.

yeah, if you know the good one's from the bad one's then Ebay is worth a shot as everyone learns the hard way with these things.
