    punch bag filling.....HELP

    when we left last gym we un packed all the punch bags, i am now looking for something that will fil them

    any suggestions, i was looking at crushed rubber, but cant seem to find it either in small enough quantities or at a sensible price

    i want them to be heavy, but not so they crush your hands

    what about saw dust...............does it gom off, or with humidity mould??

    anything else??


    this id for full size bags, the maize baqg and uppercut bag kept their filling

    go to a carpet factory and ask them for all of their cut offs! Works for dog beds aswell lol

    OR A BUILDING SITE at night ? .. or just drive around, looking for someone have work done to their house, they usually have slabs and sand out !

    do you mean rolled carpet, or small bits....if it was small bits dont the angles push through the bag


    i think sand at wht ever price is too heavy and far too solid


    even cat lit is too hard and heavy for most
