What training is the best to do to get better quicker....do i just keep at until i get better, by that i mean get my arse kicked by smaller and physically weaker fighters, what traing should i do to get my strenght to what is should be for a 13st fighter. What supplements should i take. I am very serious about the sport and do not to embarrass myself anymore. Thanks in advanvce.

If your serious about training, then you shouldnt be wondering why smaller guys are owning you in training. The answer is simple, theyre better techically, may be quicker and prob have a good deal of better conditioning. Humbling yourself helps loads, lets you approach your training to allow yourself to absorb more that you would while wondering if your being embarrassed.

what you do not think i am being humble by admitting that i am getting whipped in training? And to be fair i wasn't embarrassed i was trying to be humble, is all i wanted to no was some advice on getting better and building my strength.

Just read it again, soz, I see, like jeevan replied on another thread, pm Marc for info on supps, and for the strength, theres plenty of threads on that, basically squats, deads, cleans low reps, heavy weights etc give good gains on strength.
As for the humbling comment, it was only coz the way you addressed they lads who you sparred with being weaker and no meantion of talent/technique. Im small and untalented in bjj, so im stuffed both ways, but I found that its easier to learn the technique then to try and get stronger that my sparring partners.
