Default What weight should I get??

Been using the 20Kg kettlebell a lot again and really regretting getting rid of the 28 I had but I have noticed that I'm finding the 20 pretty easy at the moment. Anyone who uses them got any advice on what weight to get next? Should I go for a 32 or get another 28? Or should I go heavier?

If I were you I would go for a 24 or a 28, also depends what lifts you are doing, some as you know being easier than others. A 32 is a big jump from using a 20 about 35%, a big difference if you are Snatching and pressing. Pointless getting the 32 and then not being able to do much with it, apart from the fact, your form can detiriorate and cause you injury. Hope that helps

Yeah, thought I'd settle on the 24 for now just to make sure I'm happy with being able to do everything I'm used to, the ideal would be a 26 but apparently they don't do them anywhere unless you want to get a massively expensive Brookfield one.
